Merrie Bertrand has been a resident of Montevideo since 1971 and has been with Kuhlmann Real Estate, Inc. since 1989 bringing with her 12 years of previous business management. In 2003 Merrie partnered as an owner and genuinely enjoys this new aspect of business. Additional designations includes Broker, Graduate of the Realtors Institute and 1995-96 Realtor of the Year with the West Central Association of Realtors. Merrie truly enjoys her career and is committed to her clients. She strives to fit their needs, create a stress free environment as they search for a new home to purchase or prepare to sell their current home. Her goal is to give her clients the information they need to make the best possible decision in purchasing or selling a home. Merrie specializes in residential homes, hobby farms and also does building lots, farmland and commercial. Merrie and her husband Tim live in rural Montevideo with their youngest daughter, Amanda. Older children include Fran, John, Stacy and Melissa. Community service includes Lions Club, 4-H volunteer, Historical Society volunteer, MMRRC, and a Religious Ed. teacher. Bruce Vien's interest in real estate started as an investor, and as an investor has bought, sold, and managed many income producing homes. He brings his past experience as an investor along with 14 years of business and management experience to Kuhlmann Real Estate, Inc. where he prides himself on being open to creative ways to purchase a home when conventional financing just won't work. Bruce is currently on the Building and Sites Committee, which is a sub-committee of the Montevideo Industrial Development Corporation. He is also active in his church and is serving on the stewardship board and has been a 7th grade Sunday school teacher for the past 5 years. His interests include fishing camping, boating, and collecting coins. Bruce is a native of Montevideo and a graduate of the class of 1977. Bruce along with his wife, Mary and 2 stepchildren Keaton and Brad enjoy living in Montevideo and find it a great place to raise a family.
Donna Lanning began her career with Kuhlmann Real Estate, Inc. in 1987 when she started out as a secretary/receptionist for both the real estate and insurance business. Later she became office manager of the real estate part of the business. In 2000 she became a licensed real estate agent, making her office position more professional. Donna currently serves on the MLS Committee of the West Central Association of Realtors. She also became a part owner of Kuhlmann & Tierney, Inc. in September of 2003. Donna has held various positions at her church - the most recent being church treasurer for 5 years. Donna and her husband, Ken, who are life long residents of the Maynard area now live on the Lanning homestead. They are parents to Chad and Tami and have 2 grandchildren, Samuel and Aryana.
Kellie Knudson has been a life long resident of Dawson and has been a licensed real estate agent with Kuhlmann Real Estate, Inc. since 2003. She attended St. Cloud State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. She is currently a member of the West Central Association of Realtors (WCAR), Minnesota Association of Realtors (MAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She also serving on the Minnesota Association of Realtors Finance Committee for 2004-2005. Kellie currently lives in Dawson and is involved in various community organizations including: Cultural Diversity Council-Treasurer, Dawson-Boyd Arts Association, Dawson Chamber of Commerce and Meals on Wheels volunteer driver.
A former President of the Montevideo Chamber of Commerce and past president of the Montevideo Jaycees, Jerry continues to have a strong interest in the strength of the community and will become more involved with CURE and the Historical Society in the coming months. Jerry and his wife, Dixie, have been married for 42 years and have lived in their home on the Chippewa River in Montevideo for over 20 years. Their two children, Bret and Julie, and eight grandchildren are an important part of their daily lives. Jerry's hobbies include bass fishing and a major interest in gardening.
Mark F. Schultz has been working with Kuhlmann Real Estate, Inc. since 1990. He is a licensed Realtor and worked with residential, farmland and commercial area sales. He presently specializes in farmland and commercial property sales in the Montevideo and surrounding areas. |
