Kellie Knudson joined the Kuhlmann Real Estate team in 2004. Growing up in Dawson, she returned to live and work in these rural communities, after getting her Finance and Real Estate degree at St. Cloud State University. She currently lives southwest of Montevideo, on a small farm, with her 2 Pugs, Ozzy and Jersey. She enjoys selling homes, farms, ag land, lake shore and commercial properties. Her knowledge of the area, finance/lending options and local real estate market allows her to educate her buyers and help them find their dream home!
Kellie is actively involved in the Montevideo Lions Club, being a past President, Zone 4 chairperson and is currently District Governor Elect for Lions Club District 5M4 (West Central MN). She also is a member of the Montevideo Chamber of Commerce, Chippewa County Historical Society, American Legion Auxiliary, American Legion Riders (motorcycle group) and Grace Lutheran Church in Dawson. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with family and friends at the lake.
