I would like to take this opportunity to let you know a little bit about myself.

I am a life time resident of the Milan/Montevideo area. Graduating from Milan High School I continued farming for the next 10 years. In 1982-1988 he worked at the Lumberman Lumberyard in Montevideo where I learned a great deal about the housing market and building trade. In 1988 I moved onto a career with Ecolab Pest Elimination, for the next 23 years. The first 19 years were in sales and service including house inspections, new sales and customer satisfaction. The following 4 years as and associate district manager in South West Minnesota and South Dakota. The past 3 years have been devoted to a Real Estate career with Kuhlmann Real Estate.

I have been active in the community through the Boy Scout program as a Merit Badge Councilor, Scout Master, and Committee Member. I also have 2 boys that are Eagle Scouts. I am also a life time member of the Big Bend Lutheran Church.

I have always had an interest in the Real Estate market. The timing was right to make a change and joining the Kuhlmann Real Estate team. I have worked with several of their associates throughout the years and it was always a positive  and pleasant experience. I am confident you will have the same experience that I have had.
