Kellie Knudson joined the Kuhlmann Real Estate team in 2004 after receiving her Finance and Real Estate degree from St. Cloud State University.  Growing up in Dawson, she valued small-town living, friendly neighbors, and a great community, and she chose to return to these rural communities to live and work.  She currently lives on Big Kandi Lake and is also an insurance agent with Farm Bureau Financial Services.  She enjoys selling homes, farms, ag land, lake shore, and commercial properties.  Her knowledge of the area, finance/lending options, and local real estate market allows her to educate her buyers and help them find their dream home! 

Kellie is actively involved in the Montevideo Lions Club, being a past President, Zone 4 chairperson, and District Governor for Lions Club District 5M4 (West Central MN).  She is also a member of the Montevideo Chamber of Commerce, Chippewa County Historical Society, American Legion Auxiliary, West Central Association of Realtors, Big Kandi Lake Association, Northern Lights Beach Association, National Notary Association, and Grace Lutheran Church in Dawson.  In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends at the lake.
