Steven James

REALTOR, MRP, GRI

Steven James grew up in the country South of Benson, MN. While attending college at the University of Minnesota-Morris, he decided to enlist in the United States Army as a Combat Infantryman and was stationed at Ft. Carson, Colorado. He was deployed to Afghanistan in 2012. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of Maryland. Upon returning to Minnesota, Steven settled down with his daughter, Charlotte, and wife, Danielle, outside of Montevideo. Steven has held management and community involvement positions within the community. He is the Chairman of his township and a member of the Board for MIDC. Steven founded a nonprofit organization in 2017 called Veterans In The Outdoors (VITO) and provides adaptive hunting/fishing outings for Veterans to help combat Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and promote suicide awareness.

Steven purchased his house through Kuhlmann Real Estate Inc. and was so impressed by the care and hard work performed by the Realtor team that he decided to pursue a career in Real Estate himself. Steven's goals working with Kuhlmann Real Estate Inc., are to provide exceptional knowledge and personal care to every Buyer and Seller. A home is a piece of property and a location that every individual should take pride in and find comfort in. Steven hopes to connect with as many people within the community and provide exceptional real estate services.
